Would you loan USD $15mill, with payments beginning later rather than sooner, at cheap rates ?
Any sane person would want some form of "payoff" for granting a facility such as this loan.
What part of the deal don't you understand ?
I would relish the opportunity to convert my last two payment receipts into shares in LOM.
