Don't talk about the dilution and how bad it has been for the company and how they could do such a deal to help acquire a $1.6b company for some cheap shares with a few million! You know that dirty deal @RTFQ... My goodness how dare you bring up deals arranged a year and a half or so ago! I hope they signed it with black pen because if it was red pen that that means management won't follow through with the agreement that signed and expect to con the insto investors who supported BRL at a 100% premium to the recent share price at the time and help buy amazing assets at stupidly cheap prices with tonnes of coal and cash flows now flowing into BRL's bank balance!! Only now that the share price has climbed 600% and the market cap has gone from 20m to 200m do you bring up such naughty deals - it was a rip off to all shareholders don't you know! I don't want to the market to realize such terrible things have happened!
