The crowd is not following closely - they have become accustomed to looking at ORE as a "mature" story with a taint of "struggling". The evidence now says that ORE has put their problems behind them but it might take a quarter or two of good results before the market believes it. An announcement of a fully funded stage 2 and hydroxide plant may liven up the growth story - a catalyst for share price growth, one would expect. I suspect the institutional buyers may wake up to the improved situation before the rabble does.
