Don't forget that the Chinese have invested heavily in this, and they will have done significant due diligence on all aspects of the project and company.
Although the SRK report is alarming (I was not aware of the feasibility study clause), if LW are chucking significant cash at this then I imagine they know what they are getting into.
Regarding the over statement of grade in the resource, this deposit is very nuggety and is strongly influenced by high-grade hits. Infill drilling will likely reduce the overall continuity of high grade zones, and will probably result in a material reduction in grade and tonnes (although increasing confidence at the same time).
The slow death of the share price is a worry, but is a super buying opportunity if the risks are not as significant as we think ...
