Yep, I would believe! I was trading it when it was up at those levels. Good days! There was hope, there were dreams! I averaged down with the SPP but am still a little underwater. Feels like a long drag ... "its just around the corner" ... and tbh I believe that their intentions were good in Kyrgyz, just couldn't get the money together ... I think the intentions are still good now based on what we think we know, as evidenced by the spend control being applied.
