$500k in "transaction costs" during the quarter.
I can't even be bothered wasting my time drilling into it anymore because the company is now so far up s-creek. No doubt there's related parties reaping the reward somewhere in the fine print.
Very sorry to all those who invested hard earned into this ongoing scam.
