The trouble is ASIC are absolutely rubbish and don’t do there job.

On a different note I really wish the management gave a f### about us shareholders and bought a project be it gold , lithium or cobalt or block chain ... we would be all sitting pretty except our current management are time wasters and just as rubbish as ASIC. I voted to kick our current director out and I hope he falls flat on his face!
