RM released a presentation a year ago which had the following timeline for the development of San Jorge for 2017:
Mine Development - Jan to April
Mining Commencing - May
Cash flow positive from June

The above timeline is not dependent on getting any licence back from the SI government as is Kolosori. It is largely in AVQ's control
In the year since that presentation was given, RM has achieved none of what he said he would for 2017. Is AVQ cash flow positive? I don't think so. Looking at the track record there is a long list of promises but none have been delivered on. This is not an interpretation, but the facts. Have a look at the presentation from a year ago and compare that to what has been achieved.
