I seem to recall Kwale is only 40km to the Tanzanian border. I expect they would put concentrator at the mine site in Tanzania, and then truck the HMC back to Kwale. There's some potential complications with that of course - e.g political and logistical (water supply etc), which would need to be worked through. Would be good to get Peppie's thoughts on that ...
