A cash flow of such magnitude ........... now read carefully the last line of the below quote.
"........ without limiting the scale of development".
That was always going to be the greatest concern, now we have it confirmed !
So what will be the cash flow of a front end Gravity Only plant built to full Scale ?
Sounds to me a bit like ............. "MORE THAN SUFFICIENT" !
