No it doesn't at all !
Seems likely they'll debt fund and start with a gravity plant and dodge that dilutive cap raising that usually goes along with development of a new mine .
The idea of a huge great 2.2 km pit is tantalising .
One word of caution though .....the comment about first resource only the start ...quite true of course but if expectations are sky high for BRB there is potential for some investors to expect it all to happen straight away and for some the maiden resource might disappoint .
This will take a little time yet to prove up it's full potential even though they are unlikely to wait for that before developing a mine !
Very exciting project , hard to imagine it failing to deliver !
