I think we all need to deal with the reality that our management has let us down time and time again over the last few year. All the while the shareholders (myself included) have pandered to them by allowing them to pass ridiculous renumerations and performance rights (the majority of which they have failed to achieve) at every AGM. Here's a novel concept, the directors should further the objectives of a company without needing to be incentivised at every miniscule milestone because that's what they are paid to do. I won't even start on the farce that was that CR through Hartleys.

Oly, your concerned it might flow through to Skaergaard? Is that a joke? We are literally no further forward with Skaergaard than we were in 2013. Every quarter they come out with the same sh!t. "recent improvement is price" blah blah blah. Lets think some more about thinking about maybe looking at Skaergaard again. News flash! Palladium price is double what it was when Skaergaard ran PGM SP to $1.60 if they aren't doing anything with it now, they never will.

Do any of you wonder what this management does all day? I'm being serious. That quarterly was a joke. I could have banged that up in an hour as a shareholder and I'm not being facetious here. They have contractors doing all the real work for them so what are they doing? $2m Cobalt drilling campiagn suppose to start Q1 2018 anyone? Not worth a mention in the quarterlys no? Do this lot think they work for the Australian government? Is it acceptable to continually underperform and face zero repercussions? The only place I've seen that happen is in the public sector.

People keep talking about pirates lurking. I welcome them! I would mutiny today if given the option. I have lost all confidence in this BOD. They are frozen by either their own ineptitude or laziness. Either way they are not fit to be running this company. PGM will not move forward until the culture is changed. The whole BOD needs to go with the exception of Hartley (If he has to go as well then so be it.) Time for new blood!

What is so special about Hartley? Do not see he has done anything since he has been on board!

For my money the whole board needs to go and a fresh start. Probably revisit the contractors/consultants as well as I suggest tbey are not necessarily feeding the company what it needs.
