Any major Geo Political event drives a flight to Gold, Nth Korea USA tension has many in the States concerned. As the crypto currencies get the wobbles many are turning back to Gold. China has begun to lock down capital flight from China, the buying of houses outside of China has become more difficult as countries now request a Tax number from the PRC, which in turn alerts officials that an offshore house is being purchased, many purchases in NZ recently have fallen over as funds have been stopped at the border.
This drives many Chinese to store wealth in Bullion.
My take is WPG has placed itself in a very poor position. there is only three ways for a recovery back to former glory, remember the 10c days? that's Smart Mining, Cost Cutting or Prep and Ready the mine for a purchase, "Dubai Times" "Gold Mine, Australia $100m" sold by lunchtime......
