Any thoughts on Lakes Oil?

If I am reading correctly DGR has a 45.4% total interest in Lakes Oil via DGR directly and via interests in DHR and AJQ.

This Lakes Oil apparently has this trial date set starting around mid March against the Victorian Govt.

If things turn out positively for Lakes Oil via a pre-trial settlement or a trial win or whatever is this a potential big time black swan positive event for DGR?

Vic Govt not responding publicly to Lakes Oil's recent approach maybe a sign that talks of some nature may have and still are occurring.

DGR not talking up Lakes Oil all that much may also be some sort of indicator that some settlement discussions are underway possibly.

Last minute settlements before going to trial are quite common.
