JV's is common for mining startups ....A joint venture is a temporary partnership that two companies form to gain mutual benefits by sharing costs, risks and rewards. JV partnership speeds up the expansion of business by gaining access to scarce skills or entry into new markets. JV partnership can also establish the business in an export territory where the partner has a strong presence. Just need to check what they agree to.
