I don't think GMEL would be where they are now without Shenge expertise in RE extraction and refining. Not to mention the apparent Shenge market presence bringing the product to consumers. My understanding is that what is taking place is normal process, though we have to be diligent in observing what shape the agreement takes, once details on the JV are announced
