Yeah, VMS is not a short play stock...never really was IMHO. It tends to slide down on paltry selling volume and then spike on high-volume buying every so often (when positive news comes in). Unless you think you can pick the next spike, it's a buy and hold kind of stock (that is, if you believe in the fundamentals of the company, as I do).
My reading is that the new boss is pushing ahead more dynamically across the entire range of prospects (except the Tasmanian ones, which are shelved for now, for good reason). We'll know soon enough.
