They should have spent down to 37 cents at bank before raising money. Investors love companies that are running out of money and the share price would be a lot higher. They should have just issued options randomly (maybe by helicopter to help burn through that bank balance?) without a capital raising and assumed their drilling campaign was going to be successful. The old 'last role of the dice/all-in pre-flop' technique that always works in movies.

We got screwed here, now we will have money left after the next few rounds of drilling and we are only 17% higher than we were a week ago. I'm going to go look for a company with no money to get rich off, 17% in a week is disgraceful and someone needs to call ASIC.
