Its been nearly 5 years since Fertoz listed... and given that they are many years behind their forecast of mining and selling product, its not at all surprising the share price sits where it is.
That said, if they hit anywhere near their sales tonnage targets, you would have to expect some re-rating in the current price.
Personally, i would like to see a) some reporting on the margins they are achieving on current and forecast sales, b) actual progress of mining permits (these seem to have been at a stand still for years).
Otherwise I agree... they are most definitely floating under the radar. On the back of increases sales though, surely that will change (which has already begun to a small degree).
