If we stick to 2% grade of the ore and trommel scats, I think it should go this way:

1,440t @ 2% = 90t @ 32% (2/32 = 1/16| 1,440*1/16 = 90) they increase the grade 16x to get a 32% pre-concentrate.
to increase from 32% to 68% they will lose a little over half the pre-concentrate...
32/68 * 90t = 42t of 68% concentrate.

42t * AUD $26kpt = $1m all rounded up.

That's only calculating the weight, trimming it from 1,440t @2% to 90t @32% to 42t @68%.

There might be some losses along the way. On the other hand they are trying to improve recovery % too.

I'm happy to be corrected. I'm just applying algebra, no mining or metallurgical experience.
