Problem might be if the value of asset removed from AUZ was great (so the X shares lose a decent amount of underlying asset value) and the number of shares in the new entity are too great with too little extra asset value coming into the new entity so that your (X by SP of AUZ) + (Y by SP of new one) is less than (X by SP of AUZ prior to spin off....). That “simple” maths of course assumes that the market is being pragmatic and sensibly valuing the SP of each (hahahahahaha).

You are correct, and the gold tenements aren' worthless one bit, AUZ focus is on cobalt, nickel, scandium, and green metals etc.

Gold is always valuable, to someone who wants it.
