Great news all round. The assets that are likely to be spun off are about 2/10s of 5/8s of bugger all of AUZ market cap. In fact very few people, me included, would have been aware of this. So When in-specie shares come our way it will have zero effect on the Sconi/Flemington/Thackaranga juggernaught.
Accept the shares and sell them and buy more AUZ is what I will be doing.
