This is the best quarterly activities report KOR has produced since the the company was formed. The 2 projects can be established quickly (unusual for KOR ) as nearly everything is in place . A relative small amount of capital is required for these projects and there will be economies of scale if both are developed together.
I hope the 200,000 tpa additional offtake agreements are not signed too early as over the next 2 years the magnesium-ion battery will be commercialised and demand for magnesium increased and there should be increases in prices. At present China produces 70% of world magnesium output.
If the CFP company is the company I know was interested in a high quality ,consistent and long term supply of phosphate and was evaluating the Geolsec phosphate rock then the company would have 2 profitable up and running this year finally.
This would release funding for the other projects which also have great potential .
One other thing to note is the top 20 shareholders own 56% of the company and Andrej's holdings are 3 of those 20 he may be slow in initiating projects but he has not over issued shares to overspend on projects during the downturn for resource stocks. This may be the beginning of a new successful phase in KOR's activities.
