I looked at that because looking closely at negotiations it seems a loose fluid
agreement that has many moving parts....It seems we are acquiring LCPL for
$100,000 plus shares and options but in the meantime they are actively
seeking acquisitions and also acting as "middlemen" between BDI and Comet..
I dunno, just wait and see I suppose.....Don't take what I say as gospel, I could
be wrong....
