This third party/out-sourced processing solution is testing my freaking patience.
It should have been a tap on the head.....but alas we have a player not performing his contracted/good faith duties....and harpooning the stock with 200mil share at or about the .004 mark.
He’s Invisible below the 5% substantial holding threshold.....but not the brokers data

Please understand the ILUA and subsequent ML is not the problem. The commissioning of the mill/plant is the delay.
A couple of months ago I suspect the mill owner engaged with me on HC.
