Nikec again,
I had a funny feeling this quarterly would be rigged.
I am now sure that the BOD are trying to make the result look worse than what they are so that shareholders would sell the company.
How is it possible that our AISC is 2.72 when everything has been fixed? Even running better than expected. How is it possible that we only produced 4,700t this quarter while running at full production above nameplate?
They must be using low quality ore which costs more to process while leaving higher quality ore on the side. It wouldn't surprise me that they are also including the recent capital expenses into AISC.
One accounting practice is that you smooth-out the cost of new ongoing machinery over their working life. However, another method is that you dump all CAPEX into ASIC when they occur, thats why i think the results are rigged.
Every quarter up until this one, they have always given an explenation as to why the AISC was higher/lower than the previous quarter. This is the first quarterly that they say nothing..
Thoughts?
