The vessel is loading ex barge , not from a conveyor ...there could be insufficient barges arriving timely , or weather that prevents barges coming alongside ......hard to say unless we can check but Skardon is way out ...no one goes there.....but 12 days should have been enough .....in Indonesia they load coal ships in a week .....ex barge ....cant see why the slow report should cause 6 mill shares to be sold yesterday...
