It seems that this BOD considers we shareholders are only good enough to keep them in the manner to which they have become accustomed.
No responsibility towards maintaining shareholder value, no protection from scavengers by way of BOD share buying.
Given the BOD's mission statements, governance requirements etc surely we are now in the realms of misrepresentation, failure to manage properly, mishandling or whatever else it might be described as: It is cold blooded management.
Especially if as @HotRock has pointed out that accumulators of very large parcels at stupid low prices are being allowed to get away with it.
Apologies for banging on about it but I consider the failure to appoint a CEO is a deliberate tactic to ensure the SP remains weak/volatile. 'They' know who will be taking on the role but just want to hang on until they have picked up as many cheap shares as possible.
All IMO of course - I just despise what is going on but unfortunately those in their western suburbs mansions have it all over us.
