No, nothing cleared up. No one is talking a takeover,it is a simple debt repayment for the loan outstanding. That is the point you are missing. There are two parties from Bissels co on this board, interesting.
There is no take over required, if they don't find the required cash to keep operational, which frankly they need, then how does the loan get paid?
