Its a Qtrly report, ala what they have been doing last quarter. No point setting expectations in it.
As to the hold up.
Take longer on the PFS, might mean less work for the DFS. A lot of fuss about the time its taking but a good PFS means a good base case and its preliminary and gets updated even after its released anyway.
It is pretty clear a lot of definition work is going on here, and its a bit more complex due to the effort to get clarity on VRFB parameters including concentrates etc. Its not just a question of just working out Vanadium extraction costs alone when you are looking to value add.
I for one am happy with the information we have.
