Ive had a good think about this and Surely BCC are aware of the change in strategy and are on board with it as a future strategic investor?....surely..
Surely this is all part of the major longer term strategy ?
Just look at the amount of land we have

That's a huge amount of land. Why buy all this land knowing that it would cost 10s of millions of dollars to drill out and we couldn't do it without diluting the hell out of the register over many years
surely this is part of the strategy to gain interest/attract a Chinese investor with deep pockets that can fund drilling of all/most of these projects.
I would imagine approaching a strategic investor with 13 projects would be a lot more appealing than approaching them with just a few? by spreading the risk?
In summary I think that's the plan
Buy up loads of Land
Secure a Chinese JV partner
Drill Drill Drill
Doesn't make sense to keep buying land without the funds to drill even 2 of them, surely this is the plan..
..a lot of "surely"s is this post I know.
