Refreshing that someone here is finally thinking strategically.
I'm sure a few years ago someone bought 10 blocks of land in Sydney and their mates were going 'he can only afford to build a house on 2 of them, what an idiot'. Imagine the amount of money he made over the people building a house or two because the price of building (like drilling) didn't change too much over time, but the value of the land can be expected to increase dramatically if you're expecting strong growth in battery minerals.
