Ha, if only...
I suspect the only way to get rid of the existing incumbents would be a 'horrendous tragedy' not unlike that of Sundance CEO (ASX:SDL) some years ago... I read somewhere that the 'Corps Act' fundamentally changed post that incident, to ensure 'entire' ASX-boards cannot be 'wiped-out' by tradegy, they have to travel separately (seperate flights, etc)...
One shouldn't really hope though, it isn't really that ethical, although neither is 'bleeding-out' SH-funds living a 'high-life' frequently travelling and wining/dining, while achieving sweet-FA...
Still looking any sign of an orderly EXIT..!!
