There are always risks with IPO's but assuming that the IPO proceeds with KML it will be a game changer IMO . MCT will get cash and IMO an uplift from its holding in KML .There are too many investors with significant funds involved for it not to get over the line IMO .

The cash will enable MCT to pursue exploration of its other tenements and remember it has significant land holdings in the mineral rich region so it will be in a position once cashed up to do the very exploration everyone is asking to occur .

IMHO we should let the matter play out and cease the negativity as the strategy of management is being played out . The focus of management short term is clearly to get the IPO done and not the drilling . IMO patience is the key and we should all be rewarded in time .

keep smiling and say positive as no amount of whining will change the simple facts of what management needs to now do and it is doing it .

There is no, let me repeat, NO excuse for lack of disclosure (Read, cobalt drill results amongst others). What is your excuse here? Progress on the IPO? No disclosure.

I agree, a 249d is perhaps what is needed.
