Yes, that wouldn't surprise me, but it would be disappointing. Zinc has taken a hit lately and maybe behind the scenes talks about resetting the ipo price may well be the hold up here. I'm not sure how things play out if they alter the conditions after we have voted on them.
I guess all will be revealed with the next announcement.
