The money was spent months and months ago. The 3B is Magna getting the shares in exchange for the notes. No exchange of $$ involved at all. Magna then sell these shares down to recover their initial loan. This puts more downward pressure on the share price.

If Axiom need more cash they need to either issue new shares or new Con Notes. They of course have to find someone who wants to tip it in. They raised a$1 million in early July but that is more than likely all gone.
