While we are throwing FY’s around, let’s revisit FY17’s Remuneration -

- Directors
S. Bizzell $120,640
R. Anthon $36,000
M. Baker $36,000
*note, the Directors are so busy, an additional Director - P. Wright, has since been appointed.
Total = $192,640/annum

- Key Management personnel
S.Hall $219,490
P. Marshall $130,000
V. Wishart $120,000
Total = $469,490

FY17 Director & Key Management personnel remuneration = $662,130/annum

Remuneration is “progressing” quite well, and does not appear to be “near completion”.

Most of these guys are paid on a consultant basis, I’m guessing that means they are paid “subject to any wet season constraints”, and if not, I suggest we “Review” it ASAP.
