Not likely.  Looks like someone is trying to prop up the SP until they get CR away.  

We need to learn to treat the PSA announcements and commitments with a grain of salt. Look at what they do and not at what they say.

Any new plan for Yemen production should be treated like the old plan - I am now betting that they will not produce in Yemen before 2020, if ever.

Whilst Hummer may prove OK it will have a minimal impact on the SP.  Remember 10% of 8 wells is like 80% of one  - not much to inspire the SP !
