Imo the answer is no. Look across all the ASX and how many small caps are producing, how many producing an excellent quality product, how many are debt free, and how many have other cards up their sleeves- lithium and resource expansion, etc.

Yep, still at orphan stage imo due to the metals market downturn and once an offtake partner is announced, company will have excellent potential, further mining expansion, becoming a big grapheme player, develop a potential lithium mine, etc? Who knows? 

But with no debt it has a few options it can choose.
