Hi Positive, yes it's good to keep in mind there are still processes that it is all subject to. Some like to assume or  presume they are just a formality but from time to time something may occur that prevents it from happening.

One only has to look at the affect of the  ASX not granting the expected waiver on those going concern requirements to see that what one expects was a formality may not always be the case.
