92.26% of Tawana shareholders voted on the Scheme of Arrangement and 99.05% of those voted in favour of the Scheme. Given the overwhelming support for the merger and the conditional approval for Alliance to list on the ASX, I believe there is an extremely high probability of the High Court approving the Scheme in its current form at the hearing on 3rd December. My only concern is that if I continue to buy TAW shares right up until suspension at the close of trade on the 4th December is that some of those shares might vanish or perhaps I won’t recieve my 10% “bonus” Alliance shares
