Not sure what scoping studies your reading mate but they will detail capex and opex and processing / utilities. There may be a few options for plant size. All of this has been discussed. Just take a look at a few recent studies which were done on our competitors and you will see what smashed is. Laterite's can't cut it and the capex figures will not be swallowed. CLA on the other hand.....
