Even the existing adits have prospective resources, uncovered with fairly primitive techniques. With the money they have in the bank for years of exploration, it seems like that probability of significant hits and the payoff associated with such warrants a higher expected value of the stock currently and certainly poses a lot of upside for those willing to take the risk. I think fair value right now is probably closer to the $80m market cap range, which is more than double the current SP.
