Hey Plough. Have you checked out the dates of all those other posts regarding security issues and then have you compared the current progress of the project. Firstly this drama has been getting too much attention presented by the same drama queens regularly, for years now and despite that the project is on schedule and the share price is moving up. If you look hard enough you'll find articles to fuel the flames on any sort of issue in BF but the truth is there are some really big players heavily invested in this project and they've done their own risk analysis.
BTW theres lots of successful mining operations currently running in Mali and that is a hot spot.
