Hi yes they will need funding for the plant . I believe that the New Director will be working towards the best possible deal for funds without dilution. He can also do this and hold out for the BEST DEAL Knowing that he has the Support of Maybe at least 50 percent of current shareholders supporting him. Cheers Towie
