These statements coming from Tanzania simply make any financiers go hmmmmmmmm.

Although it doesn't help mining hopefuls in Tanzania, it may encourage some of the larger players to create some working activity although it discourages the nearology concept.

Would make a great story with the conference timings if we can begin to do some ground works.
