Yahoo has the fully diluted market cap at $3.27m, but any options and performance rights are certainly not in the money so if Hot Copper says the MC is $2.67m at the moment they're probably right. Not much of a golden handshake in it if our directors cash out when their shares are out of escrow, is that any minute now? Wondering if Wuxi Baichuan will take the loss and walk away though, their $1.8m investment could have nearly bought the entire company at this price
