Well ASIC have got more teeth these days so I hope everyone is taking detailed notes just in case something fishy is happening. The corporate watchdog needs a few scalps after many years of being asleep on the job, that Banking Royal Commission has shaken things up considerably, as has the situation which developed over certain brokers issuing shares to themselves and their employees in IPO's for the purposes of short term trading games.
