Priyank Thapliyal is the CEO of JMS and I have been a holder for about 10 years now so know all about him. He gets 1% of all dividends issued so the chances of him leaving to take up a position with EPM is rather amusing.
EPM have no money to build a U308 facility and no chance of raising any.
As for nuclear being the future people in Russia and Japan might not be on the same page as you but you are entitled to your opinion and I will not debate it on an EPM thread as its off topic as EPM will never have such a facility.
That was the main point I was making.
