10 percent of what? Value of C4V is how much and based on what kind valuation? They are struggling for years to get some funding from other sources than Magnis (yes, there is a government support from NY state which is great). Seems whenever someone did a deep dive and a serious DD their findings were not convincing? However, love to see positive results.
